Three programmes, one clear purpose
Each Junebrook programme serves the same moment — the empty-nest transition — at a different depth and pace. Choose what suits your household now.
← Back to HomeHow every Junebrook programme is structured
Every programme — regardless of length — follows the same foundational arc: begin by naming what has actually changed in the household, then look clearly at current patterns, then build a shared orientation toward what comes next. That arc prevents sessions from drifting into generalities.
Printed materials anchor each stage. Exercises are designed to be done together, by both partners, not read individually and then discussed — or not discussed. The facilitator's role is to hold the structure and the pace, not to deliver content.
Name what has changed
Identify the specific household shifts that have occurred — spending, time, routines, conversations.
Look at current patterns
Review how the household currently operates — where clarity exists and where conversations have stalled.
Orient toward what comes next
Build a shared framework for the next chapter — and understand when and how to engage licensed advisors for specifics.
The Reset Weekend
Duration: Two days (Saturday and Sunday) — RM 620 per couple
A short two-day workshop for households whose children have recently moved out, with a focus on quietly reviewing how the household now spends, saves, and converses about money — and what changes the next few years may bring.
- Printed reflection workbook included
- Small-group format — maximum 12 participants
- Refreshments provided both days
- Educational only — no individual financial advice given
Who this programme suits
Households where the last child has recently moved out — within the past six to eighteen months — and where one or both partners are aware that the household is shifting but have not yet had a structured conversation about it.
Two-Person Household Programme
Duration: Four evening sessions over four weeks — RM 1,490 per couple
A four-session evening programme for couples returning to a two-person household after years of family-centred routines. Sessions cover shared goals, redefining household roles around money, scheduling conversations, and planning lower-key activities for the years ahead.
- Printed conversation deck included
- Printed workbook for between-session exercises
- Four structured evening sessions — Tuesday evenings, 7:30–9:30 pm
- Educational only — no individual financial advice given
Who this programme suits
Couples who have been in the empty-nest stage for a year or two and are ready for a more structured look — particularly those who have noticed that shared conversations about money have become less frequent or less productive.
The Quiet Reset Cohort
Duration: 10 weeks, weekly sessions — RM 2,790 per couple
A structured 10-week cohort programme for adults aged 50+ in the empty-nest stage who want a thorough reset across all household money topics — rhythms, paperwork, conversation habits, and orientation toward licensed practitioners for any specific advice needed.
- Printed reader and weekly session workbook
- Weekly small-group meetings
- Peer discussion forum access during programme
- Printed closing reflection manual
- Educational only — no individual financial advice given
Who this programme suits
Adults aged 50 and above who want a comprehensive, unhurried engagement with all aspects of household money in the empty-nest stage — including paperwork systems, conversation habits, and a clear sense of what licensed professionals to engage for specific matters.

Standards that apply to every intake
No advice given

Session confidentiality
Sessions are not recorded. Personal financial details shared by participants remain in the room and are not retained by Junebrook.
Capped group sizes
Maximum 12–14 participants per intake across all programmes. No exceptions — group size is a quality decision, not a scheduling convenience.
All materials included
Programme fees cover all printed materials. There are no additional purchases, digital subscriptions, or module upgrades sold after enrolment.
Feedback after every cohort
Structured feedback is gathered at the end of every programme. All responses are read and feed directly into the next curriculum review.
