These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Junebrook website at junebrook.info and your participation in any Junebrook educational programme. By accessing this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Junebrook, a household money education provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• "You / User" refers to any individual who accesses this website or enrols in a Junebrook programme.
• "Programme" refers to any educational workshop, course, or cohort offered by Junebrook, including The Reset Weekend, the Two-Person Household Programme, and The Quiet Reset Cohort.
• "Services" refers to the educational programmes and associated materials provided by Junebrook.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms communicated at enrolment.
• "Materials" refers to workbooks, conversation decks, reader publications, and any other printed or digital content provided as part of a programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming enrolment, or attending any programme session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• You accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with using this website or enrolling in any programme.

3. Description of Services

Junebrook offers structured educational programmes designed for adults in the empty-nest stage of life. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any regulated advisory service.

Programmes are currently offered in-person at our Kuala Lumpur venue. Session schedules, programme formats, and availability are subject to change and will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance.

4. Enrolment and Registration

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable programme fee and a written confirmation from Junebrook.
• Places are limited per intake. Submission of an enquiry or payment does not automatically constitute a confirmed place.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that any information provided at registration is accurate and complete.

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant or website user, you agree to:

• Engage with sessions and materials in good faith and with respect for other participants and facilitators;
• Maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared by other participants in group sessions;
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce any session content, facilitator materials, or other participants' contributions without prior written consent;
• Not use programme materials for commercial purposes;
• Not make disparaging or false statements about Junebrook or other participants arising from programme activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including workbooks, conversation decks, reader publications, session frameworks, and website content, are the intellectual property of Junebrook. All rights are reserved.

Enrolled participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use printed materials for their own household use. Materials may not be copied, shared, adapted, or distributed without written permission from Junebrook.

7. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as follows (all amounts in Malaysian Ringgit, inclusive of applicable taxes):

• The Reset Weekend: RM 620 per couple
• Two-Person Household Programme: RM 1,490 per couple
• The Quiet Reset Cohort: RM 2,790 per couple

Fees cover all sessions, printed materials, and refreshments provided during in-person sessions. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of enrolment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payment, as advised during the enrolment process.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date: full fee refund less an administrative charge of RM 100.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund of the fee paid.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: no refund. You may, subject to availability, transfer your place to a future intake.
• In the event that Junebrook is required to cancel a programme, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future intake.

9. Educational Scope and Disclaimer

Junebrook programmes are designed to provide general household financial education. Nothing communicated in any programme session, printed material, email communication, or website content constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax planning advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

Participants are encouraged to seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals — including licensed financial planners, lawyers, and tax advisors — for matters specific to their individual circumstances. Junebrook does not accept responsibility for any financial decisions made by participants following attendance at any programme.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Junebrook's total liability to you in connection with any programme or use of this website shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant programme. Junebrook is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation in any programme or your use of this website.

Junebrook is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including illness of facilitators, force majeure events, or venue unavailability, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Junebrook against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your conduct during any programme session.

12. Termination

Junebrook reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund in cases of serious misconduct, harassment of other participants or facilitators, or repeated breach of these terms. Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms set out in Section 8.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through direct communication. Please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any programme-specific enrolment communications, constitute the entire agreement between you and Junebrook.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent from Junebrook.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in future programmes following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
